Dr Jacques Cilliers grew up and finished his school career in Sasolburg in the Free State. After matriculating, he got accepted to study Dentistry at the University of Stellenbosch and got his degree in B.Ch.D in 2001. He completed his community service in Wolmeranstad where after he had a private practice in Cape Town. He got married to Juanel Cilliers, a Dental Hygienist, and relocated to Gauteng in 2004, and their triplets were born in 2008.

He has been in private practice for the last 19 years.

He takes a very special interest in orthodontic treatment, and digital dentistry, and obtained his Diploma in orthodontics at McGann Post Graduate School of dentistry in the USA and post grad diploma in prosthodontics. He then qualified himself as an instructor for POS ( Progressive Orthodontic Seminars) and has been teaching online orthodontics to dentists for the past 7 years. Dr Cilliers also obtained several certificates in easthetics of which Botox, fillers and easthetic dentistry are amongst them.

Over the years he converted his practice to operate fully digital, and enjoys to practice the art of dentistry through 3D printers and scanners used in the best practices around the world.

In 2021 Dr Jacques obtained another practice in Alberton, where he limits himself to orthodontic treatments as a part time practice.

Dental Hygienists are trained professionals at an accredited university and obtained either a Diploma in Oral Hygiene or Bachelors Degree.

In our practice, the dental hygienist provide oral care and instructions to the patient. They work under instruction of Dr Cilliers to fit and adjust your braces, teeth cleanings and teeth whitenings Together, as a team we work hand in hand to achieve the best outcome to meet your expectations.
